Centerstone's Healthy Start Tennessee offers a variety of services to individuals and families (preconception, expecting parents, and up to 18 months postpartum) through funding from the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA). Services are implemented in Lawrence, Giles, Lincoln, Franklin, Marshall, Bedford, Rutherford, Cannon, Cheatham, and Montgomery Counties in Tennessee.
TNCHWA, established in 2021, empowers and supports community health workers (CHWs) in Tennessee. As the primary organization for CHWs in the state, we promote their vital role in improving health outcomes for residents.
